If you're contacting me as a couple or non-monogamous relationships, I ask that all involved participate in the consultation. We'll discuss what your needs and goals are in therapy to see if I am a good fit for you. Please have questions in mind that you'd like to ask about my practice at that time before scheduling our first session. I am licensed to only see Colorado residents.
Next, we'll schedule an initial intake session where we can discuss in more depth the issues you'd like to address in therapy. I will send you a link via Simple Practice from N.O.S. Counseling, LLC to complete online paperwork before our first session.
Every person or couple's needs are different, but generally therapy lasts from 3-9 months, depending on the nature and severity of the issues you need to address. I have found that weekly or every-other-week sessions are ideal, as the consistent flow between sessions is optimal for meeting your needs, but we can create a schedule that works for you. Once we've terminated therapy, the door is always open for mental health 'tune-ups' as issues come up in your life.
Schedule availability: Monday 10-6 pm, Tuesday 10-6 pm, Wednesday 10-6 pm, Thursday 11-6 pm. Closed on Fridays and weekends.
I currently have limited availability to see clients on Monday or Wednesday mornings. I only provide telehealth and phone sessions at this time.

My professional fee is $150 per 50-minute individual session and $230 per 80-minute individual/couples/family session.
My sessions last either 50 or 80 minutes. I use the last ten minutes of the hour to finish clinical notes and prepare for my next client, including you. If you request a referral, summary, report, letter or professional consultation with an outside party (e.g. another therapist), you will be billed for any time necessary to prepare documentation, and to conduct an in-person or phone consultation.
I utilize Simple Practice to conduct telehealth sessions, schedule online appointments and process payments via debit/credit/FSA/HSA cards. I do not accept insurance payments, but I can provide a monthly statement of services for you to submit to your insurance company as an out-of-network provider. Please check with your insurance company for possible availability of out-of-network mental health benefits. I do not carry outstanding balances.
-> CANCELLATION POLICY
It is my policy to receive a cancellation notice at least 48 hours in advance. An appointment means that specific time is reserved for you. Changes made within 48 hours or no-shows will result in being charged the full fee, as I may be unable to schedule another appointment at that time.
