Choosing a therapist is personal. Beyond credentials and experience, the relationship you build with your therapist matters. I hope this page gives you a sense of the approach, values, and curiosity that shape my work, so you can decide whether it feels like the right fit for you.

Every therapist brings something different to the room

I believe therapy is most meaningful when you feel understood before you feel challenged. From that foundation, we can begin exploring the patterns, assumptions, and experiences that continue shaping your life and relationships. My role isn't simply to affirm what's familiar. It's to offer thoughtful perspective, ask meaningful questions, and gently challenge patterns that may no longer be serving you.

Whether we're talking about relationships, sexuality, identity, parenting, anxiety, or life transitions, my goal is to create a space where curiosity can replace judgment and difficult conversations become easier to have.

My work is collaborative and grounded in the belief that our experiences—especially our earliest relationships—shape how we understand ourselves and connect with others. Together, we'll explore the patterns, beliefs, and stories that continue to influence your life while building practical skills that support meaningful, lasting change.

My curiosity doesn't end when the session does. I'm continually drawn to learning about psychology, attachment, mindfulness, and relationship dynamics because they deepen my understanding of how people make meaning of their experiences, adapt to life's challenges, and create lasting change.

As an AASECT Certified Sex Therapist, I integrate relationship and sex therapy rather than treating them as separate conversations. Emotional intimacy, communication, attachment, sexuality, and identity are deeply interconnected, and our work reflects that complexity.

If what you've read resonates with you, I'd be glad to talk.
